Arrival Flow

Getting There

All access routes lead directly to the experience grounds. Clear signage and on-site guidance are provided upon approach to ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival. Our team is present from the moment you arrive to help guide you as needed.

Parking is primarily located within the grounds, allowing for easy access between vehicles, accommodation areas, and shared spaces throughout your stay. In some cases, guided transport may be provided where applicable.

Moving around the grounds is designed to be simple and intuitive. Shared pathways connect parking, accommodation, and experience areas, allowing guests to move freely while maintaining a calm and organized environment.

Vehicles may be used to bring personal belongings and camping items close to accommodation areas. Our team will guide where unloading is permitted to ensure shared spaces remain clear and accessible for everyone.

Access to the grounds is managed on arrival. Guests will be guided through a simple entry process to confirm access and ensure a smooth start to the experience. Support staff are available should any assistance be required.

Your Accesss

Bookings

Access to the experience is based on confirmed bookings. Bookings may be made by one individual on behalf of others, with access allocated according to the number of individuals included in each booking. Details shared during booking are used to prepare access and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Once a booking is completed, a confirmation will be issued. Guests are advised to review their booking details in advance and ensure all required information is accurate prior to arrival.

Access is managed based on the number of individuals allocated to each booking. Each person receives a wristband and is required to use it for entry and access throughout the experience. Wristbands are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

Wristbands that are lost, removed, or tampered with may result in loss of access. If an issue occurs, guests should approach the support team immediately for guidance.

Bookings may be made by one individual on behalf of others. During check-in, all individuals included in the booking may be asked to present valid identification to confirm access and ensure accurate allocation of wristbands. Identification checks may also occur at designated checkpoints within the grounds.

Access is granted only to individuals properly registered and wearing their assigned wristbands. Any attempt to bypass access protocols may result in restricted entry to protect the shared experience for all guests.

On-Site Stay

Accommodation & Camping Areas

Accommodation and camping areas are thoughtfully arranged to support comfort, privacy, and ease of movement. Guests are encouraged to settle into their designated areas and respect the surrounding spaces to maintain a balanced shared environment.

Shared spaces are part of the collective experience and are designed for everyone to enjoy. Guests are encouraged to be mindful of others, keep areas clean, and help maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the grounds.

Certain areas and times are intended for rest and low activity. Guests are asked to remain considerate of noise levels, particularly near accommodation and camping zones, to ensure comfort for all.

The experience is pet-friendly. Pets must be supervised at all times, and owners are responsible for their pets’ safety, comfort, and behavior. Respect for other guests and shared spaces is expected to ensure a positive environment for everyone.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and the condition of their accommodation or camping area during their stay. Please treat the space with care so it can be enjoyed by all.

If personal belongings are misplaced, guests are encouraged to check their immediate surroundings first. Items found in shared spaces may be handed to the designated support point. While reasonable care is taken with recovered items, guests remain responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

We encourage mindful use of the space and its surroundings. Guests are asked to dispose of waste responsibly and respect the natural setting as part of the shared experience.

Activities and workshops may be available throughout the experience. These are designed to be open and evolving, with participation encouraged but never required. Details and guidance will be shared on-site where applicable.

Food and beverage offerings are available within designated areas across the grounds. Guests are encouraged to enjoy these spaces respectfully. Personal beverages may also be brought for individual consumption, with responsible use expected at all times.

Certain areas are intended for informal gathering, relaxation, and exploration. These spaces are shared by all guests and are designed to support interaction without obligation or structure.

Experiences and amenities may vary throughout the stay and are subject to change based on flow, conditions, and collective pacing. Flexibility is part of the experience, and guests are encouraged to stay open to what unfolds.

People & Presence

Shared Experience

This experience is built on presence, respect, and collective awareness. Guests are expected to act with consideration toward others and the environment, helping maintain a space that feels safe, open, and intentional for everyone.

Access to the grounds is granted as a continuous experience. Re-entry is not permitted once access has been used. Guests who choose to exit the grounds will not be able to regain access, helping preserve the integrity of the shared space.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, entry may include a security screening. Cooperation with the security team is required as part of maintaining a respectful and secure environment.

Any activity that violates local laws or compromises the safety or comfort of others is not permitted within the grounds. This includes illegal substances, weapons, or any items or behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive. The organizers reserve the right to restrict access or remove individuals where necessary to protect the shared experience.

To protect presence and privacy, personal photography and filming are discouraged within the grounds. A dedicated media team will document moments throughout the experience, allowing guests to remain fully present rather than focused on capturing content.

Safety & Care

On-Site Support

A dedicated support team is present throughout the grounds to assist with general inquiries, guidance, or concerns. Guests are encouraged to approach the team whenever support is needed.

Trained personnel are on-site to help maintain a calm and secure environment. Their role is supportive and preventative, ensuring comfort and well-being for all guests.

Basic medical support is available on-site. In the event of an emergency or if medical attention is needed, guests should notify the nearest team member immediately.

In case of an emergency, guests are asked to follow guidance provided by on-site staff. Clear communication and cooperation help ensure the safety of everyone within the grounds.

The experience is shared by all. Guests are encouraged to look out for one another and to notify the support team if someone may need assistance.

We want everyone to have a great time at the venue, so please be aware that any behavior that harms/affects other attendees or staff will not be tolerated. If anyone is found engaging in such behavior, they will be asked to leave the venue immediately without a refund.

At our experiences, we value our relationship with the local community. Please avoid excessive noise, littering, and parking in private properties. Let's create a positive, harmonious environment that reflects our appreciation for the local/host community.

Weather & Modifications

We are a rain or shine experiences, except for acts of God. While all acts are confirmed, please note that the lineup is subject to change. Additionally, the management retains the authority to modify these rules and regulations at their discretion.
