1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, registering, or participating in any BTRB experience (including SOL MAR), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use the website or participate in the experience.
2. Eligibility (21+ Only)
Participation is strictly limited to:
Individuals aged 21 years and above only
Couples, mixed groups, and approved guests (as per package conditions)
Valid identification may be required at any time.
BTRB reserves the right to:
Verify age and identity
Refuse or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met
No refunds will be issued for failure to meet eligibility criteria.
3. Website & Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
BTRB reserves the right to:
Approve or decline access
Suspend or terminate accounts
Refuse participation at any stage
Access to packages and experiences may be restricted or approval-based.
4. Bookings, Payments & Confirmations
All packages must be paid in full to be confirmed
Prices are subject to change until payment is completed
Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
BTRB reserves the right to:
Cancel unpaid reservations
Refuse or cancel bookings in case of errors, misuse, or suspicious activity
5. Transfers, Resale & Name Changes
Packages and access are non-transferable unless approved by BTRB
Unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited
Name changes may only be allowed upon written approval
BTRB reserves the right to void any booking obtained through unauthorized channels without refund.
6. Entry, Exit & Access Control
Entry is subject to security checks, ID verification, and approval
No re-entry is permitted unless explicitly stated
Movement between zones may be restricted for safety
BTRB reserves the right to:
Refuse entry
Remove participants
Restrict access at any time
7. Accommodation, Camping & Transport
Where applicable:
Accommodation is subject to partner property rules and occupancy limits
Camping areas must follow designated guidelines
Vehicles are restricted to assigned parking zones
Shuttle or transport services operate on fixed schedules
BTRB reserves the right to adjust allocations, logistics, and arrangements as required.
8. Event Modifications & Force Majeure
BTRB reserves the right to:
Modify schedules, artists, activities, or timings
Replace performers or adjust programming
Relocate or restructure parts of the experience
In cases including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Government regulations
Safety concerns
Operational or partner limitations
BTRB may postpone, modify, or cancel the event.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants must:
Follow all staff and security instructions
Respect other attendees and property
Comply with all applicable laws
The following are strictly prohibited:
Illegal substances
Weapons or dangerous items
Harassment or misconduct
Property damage
Unauthorized selling or promotion
Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
10. Safety & Personal Responsibility
Participation is at your own risk.
By attending, you acknowledge:
Outdoor and physical activities carry inherent risks
You are responsible for your own wellbeing
BTRB is not liable for personal injury except where required by law.
11. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their belongings and valuables.
BTRB is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
12. Media & Content
By attending, you grant BTRB the right to capture and use photos, videos, and recordings for promotional purposes across all platforms without compensation.
13. Intellectual Property
All website and event content belongs to BTRB.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws in the Sultanate of Oman.
Data may be used for:
Registration and communication
Operational purposes
Marketing (where permitted)

15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTRB, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Your actions during the event
Misuse of the website or services
16. Payments, Fraud & Chargebacks
BTRB reserves the right to:
Investigate suspicious transactions
Cancel bookings linked to fraud
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may result in:
Immediate suspension
Cancellation of booking
Legal recovery action
Ban from future participation
17. Third-Party Services
Certain services (including accommodation, transport, and vendors) may be provided by third parties.
BTRB is not responsible for third-party service failures but will coordinate to support the overall experience.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTRB shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of enjoyment
Personal inconvenience
Total liability (if applicable) shall not exceed the amount paid for the package.
19. Refund & Cancellation Policy
19.1 General Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed, unless explicitly stated otherwise by BTRB.
19.2 Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of personal plans
No-show, late arrival, or early departure
Travel disruptions
Illness or personal circumstances
Weather conditions
Removal due to misconduct
19.3 Event Modifications
Changes to artists, schedules, or activities do not qualify for refunds.
19.4 Event Cancellation / Postponement
If the event is cancelled by BTRB, remedies may include:
Credit
Transfer to a future date
Partial or full refund (if applicable)
If postponed, bookings remain valid for the new date.
19.5 Force Majeure
No refunds apply in cases beyond BTRB’s control. Alternatives may be offered at BTRB’s discretion.
19.6 Transfers
Bookings remain non-transferable unless approved in writing.
19.7 Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–21 working days.
19.8 Chargebacks
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
20. Event-Specific Policies
Additional policies may apply per event, including:
Package conditions
Access rules
Venue regulations
In case of conflict, event-specific policies shall prevail.
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent authorities within Oman.
